Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than manufacturers defect. This includes failure to read our custom order turn around time frame that’s usually 8 weeks. If you fail to read that the item you purchased is a custom and NOT ready to ship, we will not refund. Once purchased you agree that you’re willing to wait the time frame is takes for us to build a custom item.
